Team reports are assessed on a team-by-team basis and priced-on-request. If you purchase this item, we will be in touch to set up a zoom meeting to assess the needs of your team. It is important that the team leader is involved in this process.

Once we've established the best way forward, we will send a proposal and quote to begin integrating the Enneagram into your team.

Typically the process is as follows:

• Each team member completes their individual Enneagram assessment and will receive their individual 44-page iEQ9 Professional Report.
• Teams receive a detailed 23-page iEQ9 Teams Report with tailored development recommendations.
• We conduct a Team Exploration Workshop, where the team is guided to explore their results together, discuss the insights that arise, prioritise their opportunities and plan to take action.
